Lydia’s Place serves young adults between the ages of 17 and 24 who’ve experienced foster care or housing insecurity while promoting their growth to independence. Money raised will help cover the cost of independent living skills experiences for our students. One of our program goals is to introduce our students to real-life activities that will solidify their skills training in the real world—for example, Shopping for supplies and having a cooking class to teach nutrition and money management. We look forward to sharing the fun memories with you soon!
